I. Conditions and content of the best price guarantee

The following conditions apply to the use of the best price guarantee:

1. The competing offer must be made on a website operated from Austria according to the respective provider identification (legal notice) or in a shop located in Austria.

2. The competitor’s offer must be up to date.

3. The competitor's item must be available for delivery within 4 weeks.

4. The competitive price must include all additional costs such as shipping costs.

5. The competing offer must come from a commercial provider.

6. The manufacturer, type and model of the product offered as part of the competitor's offer must match our offer.

7. The competing item must be new and in its original packaging.

8. It must not be an obviously incorrect competitive offer (e.g. typo in the price).

9. Delivery will only take place in quantities customary for household use.

10. If these guarantee conditions are met, we will adjust the price to the same amount upon your request (please see II.).

11. The best price guarantee cannot be combined with other discount systems.

II. Procedure for claiming the best price guarantee

If you have found a cheaper offer from another provider, send us a link to the corresponding competitor's offer or another suitable proof of price (e.g. photo) stating the competitor's details and a detailed list of the desired items by email to office@invictuslegio.at.

We will then check the competitor's offer. You will then receive an offer from us by email as soon as possible or information by email on how you can order the item(s) from us under the conditions of the best price guarantee.

The guarantee promise is valid within the Republic of Austria.

Your statutory rights, in particular your statutory right of cancellation and your rights in the event of defects, are not restricted by this guarantee promise. You can exercise statutory rights in the event of defects free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
