Shipping costs outside the EU will initially be charged at €6.99. Additional costs will be added, which will be agreed upon via email before shipping.

When will I get my return refunded?

We endeavour to process returns promptly. However, please note that due to high volumes of returns or public holidays, processing times of up to 10 days may be possible in individual cases.

How can I return an item?

Simply repack the item and send it back to us. After inspection, you will receive a refund for the item using the same payment method you used to pay. However, you will have to cover the shipping costs for the return yourself!
