Delivery takes place within the European Economic Area and to Albania, Australia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Israel, Japan, Canada, Kosovo, Malaysia, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Switzerland, Serbia, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the USA.

III. Note on import sales taxes and customs duties

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you.

These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). IV. Information on delivery

 

1.) Delivery times within Austria

Within Austria, the delivery time is 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product detail page.

2.) International delivery times

 

For deliveries abroad the following delivery times apply

- Germany: 2-5 working days

- Rest of Central Europe: 2-5 working days

- Eastern Europe: 2-5 working days

- Asia and Western Asia: 5-14 working days

- North America: 5-14 business days

- Oceania: 5-14 working days

3.) Information on calculating the delivery date

 

In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.

If the last day of the deadline falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

II. Detailed information on the individual payment options

1.) Credit card

Pay conveniently by credit card. The following cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, UnionPay, Discover, JCB

2.) PayPal

Just a few steps to payment:

1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.

2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.

3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and make the payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

4. You will then be redirected back to us.

3.) Alma installment payment

With Alma you can conveniently pay for orders worth between €50.00 and €2,000.00 in 2, 3 or 4 installments.

The prerequisite is the deposit of a credit card issued in the Eurozone.

Prepaid cards, virtual cards and cards with systematic authorization are not accepted.

4.) Prepayment by bank transfer

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the intended purpose. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by email as part of the order processing.
