A fourth generation ultralight plate carrier made from original materials of the PALS/Molle system and designed to carry armor plates and necessary equipment.
TPC Gen 4 features an ultra-lightweight design that favors speed and mobility without compromising the user's safety and protective posture. The vest itself was designed in collaboration with special forces who advised on technical solutions and requirements. This resulted in an ultra-lightweight design, weighing barely 560g for the standalone model.
The base is constructed from an IRR treated 500D Cordura laminate with COOLMAX stitched comfort pads, 3D braid reinforced webbing and threads. The front panel features six rows of laser cut PALS slots for easy attachment of standalone pouches. Additional Velcro panels and Fastex buckles allow for quick installation of a pre-configured flap.
