Vortex Optics CROSSFIRE HD 1400 LASER RANGEFINDER

Developed by Vortex Optics, the Crossfire HD 1400 is a versatile and affordable laser rangefinder made of high-quality materials and advanced technical solutions.
The housing is injection molded from high-quality, impact-resistant polymer for excellent durability and weather resistance. The low weight of 136 g and the compact dimensions of 101 x 33 mm make it a small and unobtrusive rangefinder.
The Crossfire HD operates in three target modes: Normal Mode, First Mode and Last Mode:

• "Normal Mode" is the default mode, which displays the result with the strongest distance estimate.

• The "First Mode" shows the shortest distance when measuring distance. It is ideal for measuring the distance to smaller objects in front of larger objects.

• The "Last Mode" shows the furthest distance to the target. It is ideal for measuring the distance to the target behind trees, bushes or rocks.

The additional HCD and LOS mode enables correct distance measurement in uneven, hilly or mountainous terrain.
The glass of the 21 mm objective lens is coated with an ultra-hard, scratch-resistant and reflective multi-layer coating. This protects the lenses from oil, dirt and possible physical damage in the field. The maximum range measurement is estimated at 1280 m, 870 m for trees and 690 m for deer and similarly sized targets. The 5x magnification, 16 mm eye relief and 7° angle of view at 1000 m make the performance optimal in this class.
A single CR2 battery with a cap ensures operation and offers five brightness levels.
Thanks to its cost-effective design, robust construction and multiple distance modes, the Crossfire HD 1400 is a versatile tool for archery, hunting and surveillance.
