The Razor, developed by Vortex Optics, is considered the "crown jewel" among the optics manufactured by Vortex. The tube is precision CNC machined from a single piece of aircraft-grade aluminum alloy and anodized with a scratch-resistant and low-reflection matte finish. The HD lenses used are provided with a scratch-resistant, anti-reflective ArmorTec® multi-layer coating that improves light transmission.
An adjustment of 0.2 MRAD per click, 20 MRAD per revolution of the turret and 43 MRAD for elevation and windage guarantee precise adjustment of the carefully etched VMR-2 reticle in the second focal plane. With an eye relief of 4.0", a magnification of 1-6x and a parallax of 100 yards, the riflescope guarantees excellent performance and precise placement of shots at close and medium range. Eleven levels of illumination enable use in low light conditions. A single CR2032 battery supplies the device with power.
