    The Meindl Bernina 2 is a sturdy trekking boot made of robust nubuck leather with a waxed finish. The inner lining is made of fine leather, moisture-wicking textile fabric, and soft padding. The integrated cushioning foam adapts perfectly to the shape of the foot thanks to the generated warmth. The Meindl Comfort fit® last offers more room in the forefoot area and firm support in the heel. You stand on a wider base. An easier rolling motion allows for a more pronounced roll. Its well-cushioned, flexible EVA sole construction with a slip-resistant rubber tread offers solid support. The Vibram® Multigrip® outsole ensures optimal grip even on rough terrain and via ferratas. The Meindl Bernina 2 has the Meindl Category B rating for extended and demanding hikes, even on poorly maintained paths and climbs in low mountain ranges and easy alpine terrain.
