Salomon XA PRO GTX

The XA Forces GTX are lightweight tactical boots developed by Salomon with high-quality materials and advanced technologies.
Primarily designed for military applications, their sophisticated design and high level of comfort also make them suitable for hiking, trekking and everyday use.
The XA Forces GTX are made from nubuck leather, Cordura, rubber and high-quality polymers in a non-reflective black color palette. The boots use several modern technologies and patented solutions. These include the Contagrip® sole, Sensifit™ and 3D Advanced Chassis™, the Ortholite® footbed and the Quicklace™ system.
The Contagrip®MA sole is injection-molded from high-quality rubber and offers a balanced yet discreet grip that ensures optimal performance on any terrain. The Energy Cell foam used reduces vibrations and shocks and minimizes the load on the shoe. The 3D Advanced Chassis is located between the outsole and the midsole and ensures optimized motion control and energy management.
The collar, padding and tongue are made of anti-distrust mesh reinforced with nubuck and Cordura inserts and a reinforced rubberized toe and heel cap. The rear part of the shoe and the outer heel cap feature a vertical section of additional fabric to better stabilize the ankle. The Sensifit™ construction ensures foot stabilization and an exceptional fit for the best comfort during prolonged use. Medial protective pads are sewn on the inside of the sole to improve protection during fast abseiling. The Gore-Tex membrane increases breathability, water resistance and moisture transport.
Soft lining with Ortholite® insoles guarantees maximum comfort, high breathability and long-term shock absorption. Applied antimicrobial coating eliminates bad odor and reduces odor-causing bacteria.
The Quicklace™ system with Kevlar threads allows for quick and easy lacing of the shoes. The materials used and the construction ensure that the system is highly wear-resistant and long-lasting.
